A long splash page creates an attractive and informative backdrop for the core site within. I designed parallax effects that offer some visual variety as you scroll along, tracking with the page position.
WordPress handles the real estate listings, and I created a custom interface with individual fields so the client can easily enter data like price, number of rooms, neighbourhood score, etc.
